April 2026 – ZIM Aircraft Seating Group (“ZIM”), a global leader in Premium Economy seating solutions, today announced the successful completion of the sale of its Aircraft Reconfiguration Technologies(ART) business to NYSE-listed AAR CORP. This closing follows the signing of a definitive agreement on December 17, 2025.
The divestiture is a key milestone in ZIM’s strategyto focus exclusively on its core seating business — Premium Economy, BusinessClass, and Economy Class — and to accelerate growth across its highlyengineered seating platforms.
