Immenstaad, August 14, 2025 – Antonia Frenzel takes over responsibility for finance at the German sites of ZIM Aircraft Seating Group. She has been appointed Managing Director of ZIM Aircraft Seating GmbH and, together with Brett Held, CFO of the US company, forms the group's financial leadership on both continents.
Key responsibilities
Her role centers on three topics: financing the ongoing capacity expansion, the financial steering of growth across both continents, and the digitalization of finance processes. All three are directly linked: expanding production capacity in Germany and the USA requires robust planning, transparent KPIs and processes that scale with growth.
Profile
Antonia Frenzel has more than two decades of experience in senior finance roles at manufacturing companies. Her career includes twelve years at REBO, two years at Aentron and four years at Pfleiderer, most recently an interim role at Rodenstock. She is therefore familiar with the demands of capital-intensive series production as well as the management of internationally structured group organizations. She laid her professional foundation at Wismar University of Applied Sciences with a degree in business administration specializing in finance and a Master of Business Consulting.
Financial leadership on two continents
With the appointment, the group's financial responsibility is clearly divided and at the same time interlinked: Antonia Frenzel is responsible for the German sites, Brett Held for the US business. Both are working on a common planning and reporting logic for the group.
