Acquisition of HAECO Cabin Solutions

Immenstaad am Bodensee, April 1, 2021 Following the great success of the first ZIM PC-01 Premium Economy seat product line, SWISS has opted for the new generation of this type of seat, the so-called PC-02 from ZIM Aircraft Seating, for its Boeing 777 Airbus A340 aircraft. Delivery will start in the first quarter of 2022.

Immenstaad, March 03, 2022 Since March 2020, ZIM Aircraft Seating has been majority-owned by the Munich-based Aurelius Group, which specializes in turn-around cases, and was only recently able to win a major contract worth tens of millions from the Lufthansa Group.
